Kinetmunk
Kinetmunk is fast. Really fast after its Quick Feet Ability is triggered, even. That's about all it has going for it though, as it doesn't have a single stat over 75 besides its Speed.

Terlard
Terlard had the unfortunate luck of being almost entirely reliant on the strength of an Ability that was banned from most of UCC's standard metagames: Arena Trap. In the metagames where Arena Trap is not banned, Terlard can trap highly specific targets and eliminate them, making it an asset to any team with weaknesses to those pokemon. In metagames where Arena Trap is banned, Terlard struggles to differentiate itself from other Ground and Dragon types, which are generally either more powerful, faster, bulkier, or some combination of the above.

Folerog
Folerog works much the same as its evolved form, but with the option of using Eviolite as its held item. It's a bulky Water type with an emphasis on checking Fairies on the Special side of the attacking spectrum.

Felunge
Felunge is the complete opposite of the evolved Feliger. It's fast, it's frail, its Ability helps rather than hinders it, and it doesn't quite hit as hard as you'd probably like it to without a little help from an item. This is a pokemon that needs to be built around carefully.

Felunge-Mystery
Just like Mystery Feliger, Mystery Felunge sacrifices access to its egg moves for the ability to use Present, Wrap, and Bestow. Unlike Mystery Feliger, Mystery Felunge also has a problem with an Ability lock, as it's stuck with Cute Charm and unable to use Intimidate.

Firoke
Firoke is 4x weak to Stealth Rock. Firoke has a respectable 100 Special Attack, but is a bit too slow to really get the most out of it. Firoke has some interesting utility options in Knock Off, U-Turn, and Will-o-Wisp, but practically no bulk to speak of. The one saving grace that Firoke has is that you can breed it to get a Smore that you can then evolve into Seikamater, but that may not even be the ideal choice given that Sponee and Tricwe have much stronger moves they can offer the queen.
At least it looks pretty cool though, right?

Cometeor is an Astronite lite. Or in other words, it functions very similarly to its evolution, but generally does not perform as well in those same roles due to its significantly lower speed. Regardless, it can still function as a lead on some lower tier teams.

Ampharos
Ampharos is a slow, bulky electric type. This is not traditionally a combination that works particularly well due to Electric being a type that faces significant defensive challenges in competitive pokemon, including but not limited to the prevalence of powerful Ground coverage, Electric being a type that's resisted by several other common types in the metagame, and Electric immunities being very common in teambuilding to discourage spamming Volt Switch. Ampharos also lacks any significant way to boost its damage, leaving it in an awkward position where it wants to try and play a support role to stand out.

Baaschaf
Baaschaf is as slow as Ampharos, but has Dark and Fighting STABs backed by Poison coverage, as well as some strong abilities that increase its bulk, sweeping, or wallbreaking potential, just like its evolution. And also just like its evolution, it appreciates support from its team to make its job easier.

Baaschaf-Mystery
Also just like its evolution, Mystery Baaschaf works exactly like its normal version so long as you don't mind being locked into using an Adamant nature and being unable to use Intimidate.

Harylect
Harylect has the other problem common to certain Electric types: it's a physical attacker with a typing that favors special attacks more. Ironically, though, it also learns Tail Glow and has a decent amount of Special coverage. It also has a good selection of physical coverage moves and Swords Dance. This makes it the strongest of the elemental bugs from an offensive standpoint. Is it any good, though? Eh, jury's still out on that one.

Floatzel
Floatzel is a very fast pokemon, acting as a revenge killer and cleaner for teams. Despite what its stats and movepool say, both Special and Physical sets are viable since its Special moves are significantly higher power than its Physical ones. It also has access to rare utility in Scald, meaning it can potentially spread Scald Burns if it isn't getting KOs.

Quetzoral
Quetzoral is one of the game's Defoggers, utilizing its typing and Roost to check some Fighting, Grass, and Water type pokemon. Sadly, some of the pokemon it would like to check defensively commonly run coverage that can hit it for Super Effective damage, so it's seen limited success.

Titanice
Titanice rises from the frozen waves, summoning hail as it stares down its rival, Glavinug. Offensively, Glavinug is a more powerful and consistent pokemon. Defensively, Glavinug is also sturdier and still more consistent. This sinking ship has yet to tread any water where it can make significant headway in the metagame due to its combination of stats, movepool, and abilities not quite lining up as optimally as they could have.

Titanice-Mystery
The sunken ship rises from the waves, shrouded in fog, foretelling your doooooooommmmmm as it seeks its revenge! Oooooooooooooooooo...
As cool as Mystery Titanice being a literal ghost ship is, it's not actually a Ghost type despite knowing Destiny Bond and Shadow Claw. It also came with the moves Doom Desire and Whirlpool, which is rather interesting, but it's also locked to an Adamant nature, reducing the damage output of both of them. And it's also Ability locked, forced to use Forewarn. This is one prophecy of doom and gloom that hasn't amounted to much so far.

Saidine
The sai fish is a glass cannon Sheer Force attacker, aiming to brute force its way through the opposition using its STABs before they can muscle past it. It has practically no value defensively unless it's switching in on a resisted hit.

Aromatisse
As a slow, bulky Fairy type, Aromatisse is typically assigned the role of the team's cleric, keeping teammates healthy with Wish and Aromatherapy. It has some passivity issues, especially when facing enemy Poison and Steel types, but it can act as a solid check to various Fighting and Dark types.

Duplicat
This pokemon is Uranium's version of Ditto, but it's a Ditto that has Prankster, access to a wide range of status moves other than Transform, and is compatible with universal TMs that give it access to damaging STAB moves and no coverage to complement them whatsoever. This makes it an underexplored but potentially awkward to play with pokemon.

Flareon
With a huge base 130 Attack and the Guts Ability, Flareon hits like a truck with its STAB Flare Blitz and Facade. This eeveelution has major longevity issues though since its main STAB has recoil, it's weak to Stealth Rock, and its best Ability for wallbreaking requires it to be inflicted with statuses that hinder its longevity even further.

Leafeon
The Grass type eeveelution is a physical tank with an awkward typing, outclassed in clerical roles by its cousin Umbreon. It's very threatening to enemy Ground types that lack strong coverage to hit it, but a distinct weakness to Special attacks leaves it vulnerable to other common types. On the plus side, it's the only eeveelution with access to Knock Off, and it can deal some good damage with both it and its STAB Leaf Blade.

Glaceon
As a partially defensive Ice type, Glaceon faces many difficulties in attempting to fill niches in teams. When you resist only one type, it's rather difficult to take hits, so Glaceon has to look at filling more offensive roles as well. Other Ice types sport better utility or stronger offensive and defensive profiles, though, leaving Glaceon without much of a niche to fill.

Frosulo
A bulky Bug and Ice type pokemon? Two words: Stealth Rock. Having few meaningful resistances, no reliable recovery, a dependence on keeping its Eviolite, and having a lot of competition as both a Sticky Web setter and a bulky pokemon with STAB Ice moves, it's difficult to justify using Frosulo over similar pokemon.

Krilvolver
Krilvolver has a unique STAB combination with few resistances and access to the rare Scald. A strong Special Attack stat of 120 means it can actually do a decent job of wallbreaking too, and access to priority allows it to pick off faster and severely weakened targets. Watch out, this shrimp has a gun, and it knows how to use it!

Luxor
Luxor is basically Luxelong if Luxelong was required to use an Eviolite. It can be a little awkward to use the middle stage of this evolution line since it can't afford to switch into Knock Off most of the time, a move it resists, but its solid defensive typing and Regenerator ability allow it to be a fantastic defensive pivot in practically every other situation it'd like to be in.

Praseopunk
As the punk twin with lower offensive stats and higher defensive ones, Praseopunk often finds itself living in the shadow of Neopunk. However, that extra bulk allows it to take hits that Neopunk cannot, and it's still a powerful user of Nasty Plot and Choice items thanks to its access to Instant Crush and Volt Switch.
