Beta Ban List
These pokemon have been banned from the Beta tier, and are thus only usable in the tiers above.
Electruxo-Mega
As the only Drizzle user in the game, Mega Electruxo carves its niche with both perfectly accurate Thunders and boosted Water moves to punish most Ground types that try to switch in on it. Ice coverage and various support moves make it difficult for pokemon it can't OHKO with its STABs to risk switching in as well.
Due to the extremely limited number of available pokemon that could both stomach a hit from it and didn't mind getting Burned by Scald, it was quickbanned from the Beta tier.

Jerbolta
Jerbolta's claim to fame is its signature Quick Charge ability, giving any move it chooses +4 Priority for the first turn it's on the battlefield every time it switches back in. Combined with its blistering 110 base speed, it outspeeds even Protect from most pokemon, meaning whatever move Jerbolta chooses to use is virtually guaranteed to be used on that first turn. Between utility options such as Rapid Spin and Stealth Rock and damaging options like Earth Power and Volt Switch, it can fill both utility and revenge killing roles practically simultaneously as long as it's able to pivot onto and off the battlefield consistently.
Despite being a proper Gamma tier pokemon, it should be noted that Jerbolta's unique capabilities were deemed to be too restrictive on the Beta tier's offensive threats, thus resulting in its rise to Gamma via Beta BL.

Sableye-Mega
Mega Sableye is in a weird spot. While it has absurd bulk, a decent typing, and Magic Bounce, the higher tiers are filled to the brim with incredibly powerful attackers that can feasibly two hit KO it. If you can get it in safely, though, it's going to be one annoying gemlin as it spreads status, spams Knock Off, and Recovers off any minor damage thrown at it with ease.
This pokemon was quickbanned from Beta because its teamwork with Sylveon and Cubblfly was making it difficult to simultaneously make meaningful progress and manage more immediately dangerous threats like Frosthra.

Sableye-Mystery-Mega
All your presents will belong to me!
Thanks to this Mystery Gift, Sableye is able to actually use Recover instead of relying on Moonlight. It also granted players access to Metal Burst, Flatter, and Imprison. There's no major downside to using this particular form of Sableye either since it always has Prankster (unless you really, really wanted to use Sucker Punch).

Sylveon
Sylveon packs all the same support options that are common among all eeveelutions, but also sports a powerful Pixilate fueled Hyper Voice that can decimate Dragon, Dark, and Fighting type pokemon weak to Fairy.
